i read in the paper today that bush appointed another conservative judge while the senate was on a week-long recess in order to avoid the democrats.

this guy has stated that if gay marriage was allowed "it would open the way for necrophilia, beastiality, incest, pedophilia, child pornography etc". he strictly opposes legalizing abortion and demands more religion in the government.

despite anyones opinions on these matters (and i know they differ), curt-tailing the democratic process to further your own agenda is so far beyond unacceptable.. how can this guy be expected to make unbiased judicial decisions?
